This book contains lovely photos of all sorts of monkeys. Children enjoy the funny poses and quickly imitate the actions and their therefore pick up the short phrases really easily. A feature of this series is detailed information at the back for teachers, in this case about the different monkeys. A nice follow-up is to ask, "What do children do all day?" well, pretty much the same things really, except of course they don't screech, at least not inside! With the addition of 'children eat' and 'children sleep', and maybe 'children play' and 'children learn English', they can make their own class book or a fun wall display.
